We have added Draft mode: a distinct retrospective preparation scenario where the team can gather thoughts, signals, and context in advance, even before the meeting starts.
What's new
- Added draft boards as a new workflow scenario.
- Separated retro preparation from the synchronous meeting itself.
- Laid the foundation for more contextual and higher-quality discussions.
Why it matters
Strong retrospectives rarely start exactly at the moment of the call. Usually, thoughts emerge earlier, but without a dedicated space, they get lost or remain ungathered.
Draft mode shifts a portion of the work into an asynchronous phase. As a result, the meeting runs faster, and the discussion begins with a ready-made context.
