What we did

We have strengthened the final stage of the retrospective: made team health signals more visible, improved the presentation of action items, and simplified the transition from discussion to next steps.

What's new

  • Improved the display of action items in the final retro block.
  • Made Health Check results more prominent and useful for the discussion.
  • Simplified the transition scenario from session summaries to follow-up.

Why it matters

Even a good final screen is useless if it doesn't help the team move on to the next step. It is important to immediately see the team's state, agreements, and what needs to be taken into work.

This release made the final part of the retrospective more cohesive: it's not just about closing the meeting, but leaving it with a clear picture and understandable follow-ups.
