Sub-processors
Sub-processors
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
This page lists the third parties that process data on our behalf to operate qretro.com. It supports our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
Current Sub-processors
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | Generates board summaries, highlights and suggestions. | The text of cards and groups on a board, at the moment a summary is requested. |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and diagnostics. | Technical error data. Personally identifiable information is disabled, and text is masked in captured sessions. |
| Resend | Delivers transactional email: sign-in links and invitations. | Recipient email address and the contents of that message. |
| Google Analytics | Traffic measurement. | Standard web analytics data, from every visit. Not used for advertising or personalisation. |
Hosting infrastructure is operated by us and is not a separate sub-processor.
Integrations You Enable
These are not sub-processors. They receive data only because you connected them and asked us to send something, and what happens afterwards is governed by that provider's own terms.
| Integration | What is sent |
|---|---|
| Slack | The board summary you choose to share, to the channel you selected. |
| Telegram | The board summary you choose to share, to the connected chat. |
| Jira / Linear | The action items you choose to export, as issues. |
Disconnecting an integration stops any further transfer, but does not remove what was already sent to that service.
Notice of Changes
We publish additions to this list before the new sub-processor begins processing, so that teams relying on us as a processor can object. See section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement.
To be notified of changes, write to [email protected] and we will add you to the notification list.
