What we did

We've enhanced the core collaborative experience in retrospectives. When the board gets crowded with cards, the most important thing is not to lose the structure of the discussion and drown in the noise. This is exactly what the new workflow solves.

What's new

  • Added grouping for messages and cards.
  • Added reactions as a quick way to participate in discussions.
  • Improved the base scenario for handling a large number of cards.

Why it matters

Without structure, large retrospectives quickly become chaotic: recurring themes scatter, discussions jump around, and it becomes hard for the team to highlight what's truly important.

This release makes discussions more manageable. It's now easier to gather cards into meaningful blocks, and participating in the conversation is faster and more natural.
