What we did
We have simplified product entry and meeting participation. Instead of a heavy login process, faster scenarios have been introduced: shadow users, magic links, and OTP.
What's new
- Added a quick entry scenario without complex registration.
- Supported shadow users for public and quick entries.
- Simplified the subsequent transition to a regular user account.
Why it matters
When entering a retrospective, every extra step is particularly costly. If a person has to spend a long time figuring out their account, they lose the meeting's context and their motivation to participate.
This release removed friction where it interferes the most. Joining the process is now easier, and a "fully-fledged" account can be set up once the user has already seen the product's value.
