- Added teams as the main container for collaboration.

Why it matters
Retrospectives rarely revolve around a single person. They require a shared group of participants, transparent access, and a place where the history of teamwork is preserved.
This release makes QRetro closer to how a real team operates: not "my board", but a shared work environment where meetings can be held regularly without manual access management.
