What we did
We strengthened the retrospective scenario itself. In addition to cards on the board, QRetro now has tools that help the facilitator better start the meeting, manage it as it goes, and keep the team engaged.
What's new
- Added an icebreaker to start the meeting.
- Added built-in surveys on the board.
- Added board settings and more flexible stage management.
Why it matters
A good retrospective depends not only on what the team writes on the board, but also on how the meeting itself is structured. You need a warm-up, ways to quickly gather opinions, and settings tailored to a specific team.
This release made QRetro noticeably stronger specifically as a facilitation tool, and not just as a space for notes.s
