What we did
We added Planning Poker as a separate team scenario within QRetro. Now the product helps not only to review the past sprint but also to collaboratively estimate upcoming work.
What's new
- Added a separate flow for task estimation.
- Added entities for games, tasks, and estimation cards.
- Expanded the product beyond a single retrospective mechanic.
Why it matters
For most teams, retrospectives and poker live side by side. These are two regular rituals that often go hand in hand: first, understand what hindered progress, then plan what to do next.
With this release, QRetro stopped being a product solely for retrospective meetings and started moving towards a platform for multiple team rituals.
