What we did
The MCP server no longer covers retrospectives alone. A new poker.* family of tools lets a connected client prepare and run a planning poker session end to end.
Ask your assistant to "set up planning poker for NEXT AFT 50" and it will find that sprint in your tracker, open a game with the scale you use, pull the sprint tasks into it, and give you the link to share with the team.
What's new
poker.sources.list— what each connected tracker can do, so a client never guesses.poker.iterations.list— sprints of a tracker, active and upcoming, filtered by name.poker.games.create,poker.game.tasks.import,poker.game.tasks.add— prepare a session from a sprint, from a search, or by hand.poker.game.task.select,poker.game.task.reveal,poker.game.task.sync— run the session and write the agreed estimates back to Jira or Linear.
Where the line is
Estimates still come only from cards the team turns over: there is no tool to set a number directly, and no tool to vote on anyone's behalf. Changing a game is limited to the team owner — the same rule the interface has always had.
Tasks can be added by hand as well, so the tools stay useful for teams with no tracker connected at all.
